There is a new website that is all about horseshoes.
I understand that soon the new site will have videos showing how to build each shoe.
Check it out at Horseshoe Museum
Spring time back to trimming and shoeing. Yippy !!!!
I was out at Craig and Tanya’s, Easter Sunday, it was the only day Craig and I could get together. It was a nice cloudy day to start. I arrived with my tools in the box of my truck, I hadn't set up the trailer yet, after winter. But after I got their new horse done, it started to snow. And it was a blizzard. Every thing got soaked. So, at my first chance, yesterday got the trailer insured, and on the road. Home again Home again, YIPPY.

Well I have heard so much about webloging, and thought maybe I needed one. There will be more categories as I proceed, but for now this weblog is about my horse life, which takes up a lot of time normally. This winter has been slow, but that is normal for areas that get snow.
We have been here in the Kootenays for near on to a year now and love the West Kootenay area with a passion, and plan to never move from here. I hope this blog can be of use to those that venture by.
